Leisure Concepts Design have over 30 years' experience in producing creative ideas and delivering these for our high-profile Clients. We are based in Kenilworth, with a friendly and vibrant team full of creative and imaginative people.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to support our project management team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects by providing administrative support, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among team members. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

You will be working in a fast moving and creative environment where we actively encourage you to ask questions and propose improvements to systems.

This is an in-person post though we are open to a flexible approach to fixing hours to suit family commitments.

Duties



Provide administrative and support services in order to ensure the effective, efficient and accurate administrative operations of programmes. Work as part of a small team and demonstrate a flexible and proactive approach. Assist the Project Manager and senior members of the design team in the development and maintenance of programme documentation. Attend client/consultant meetings as required providing support and producing notes. Set up projects on manual and electronic internal system, typing up snagging reports and closedown procedures. Reproducing accurate electronic notes and reports from meeting handwritten notes or similar as required. Collate, cross check and accurately process and file fee proposals, invoices, purchase orders and other contract related documents. Update project timelines and budget reconciliations accurately. Assist with internal project and resource planning across projects. Progress chase timely production of information, drawing packages and payment processes as directed. The post holder will at times be required to work under pressure when a willingness and ability to use your own initiative will be required. Work independently and manage your own time where required. Contribute to the overall support function within the business including general administration support, confidently answering external calls and dealing with visitors.

Skills



Proven administrative background, some experience working in construction or project management support would be an advantage though not essential. Confident IT skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Profficient typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Demonstrated clerical experience that showcases your ability to manage documentation efficiently. Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of the job role. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on effective communication and collaboration within a team environment with excellent spoken and written English. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
