Job Description

Role to include:

Keep records of subcontractors inc SCAF forms, DBS checks, insurance etc

Find new subcontractors as required

Keep the project tracker and program of works on Simpro up to date

Communicate with subcontractors and project managers daily to ensure everyone is at the right site

Gather daily reports from Project Managers

Help build a system to streamline all processes

Skills required:

Enthusiastic IT savvy Excellent organisational skills Good conversational skills Adaptable, able to make fast intelligent decisions Ready for fast paced changes when required Open minded Uses own initiative Thinks outside the box
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
