About the requirement:
Do you thrive in dynamic environments? Your next position could provide essential clerical and administrative support to the Special Events Team responsible for deploying temporary mobile networks at major UK events, festivals and concerts. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-orientated Project Administrator to assist with documentation control, meeting coordination, reporting and general administrative tasks. Based in our friendly Paddington Office, you'll be responsible for ensuring records are maintained accurately and that administrative activities run smoothly and efficiently in full compliance with Boldyn's processes and cultural values.



What You'll Be Doing
It's a position with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you'll mainly be involved with:Managing general office administration duties including scheduling meetings, maintaining trackers, managing records and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks Scheduling site visits with site contact and coordinating attendance by clients, subcontractors and Boldyn Network personnel while also ensuring availability of associated resources Preparing and circulating meeting agendas, taking minutes as required, tracking follow-up actions and ensuring timely completion Supporting the preparation of reports, maintaining action logs and centrally providing updates with direct input from the wider team Maintaining accurate records across project management tools and trackers Supporting document version control and filing in line with internal standards Assisting in raising and tracking purchase orders for engaged work Recording and monitoring cost data provided by the delivery team Effectively managing hotels and transportation for Boldyn staff and project related work Supporting Delivery Managers and third-party support (contractors) where required

What You'll BringMinimum requirement of 5 GCSE's Previous experience supporting project teams in a project administration or co-ordination role Familiarity with document control, record keeping and workflow process tools Exposure to of the telecoms, mobile, construction or events sectors Clear and proactive communicator Organised with strong time management skills Adaptable and responsive to changing project needs Self-motivated and able to manage day-to-day tasks independently Professional and approachable manner High levels of accuracy with conducting work and compliance with company ISO processes and accreditations Ambitious to make their way up the project management ladder
