About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Administrator to join the growing Project Management Office (PMO) team within Believ. You'll work very closely to support the project managers, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner. You'll be a critical part of the team, ensuring the PMO is highly organized and runs smoothly and efficiently.
Roles and responsibilities:Provide administrative support across the PMO team Process project data and documentation and ensure accurate record keeping in a methodical and consistent manner Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and record meeting minutes and actions Manage and assist in the processing of purchase orders and invoices with the finance team Lead on the administration of internal systems used by the PMO: SharePoint / SiteTracker (Salesforce-based project management tool) / Monday.com. Tracking and monitoring project progress and milestones in Sitetracker Maintain and assist in the development and approval of project budgets Assist in preparing regular and ad-hoc reports

The successful candidate will have the following attributes and skills:Experience working in an administrative role Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Previous experience working with SharePoint Experience using Monday.com / SiteTracker would be desirable Excellent communication and organisational skills A keen eye for detail and methodical approach Experience providing administrative support for a high volume of small projects is desirable

Location
The business is currently based out of our office in Southwark with two regional offices, one in Edinburgh and one in Cardiff. The position is full time, hybrid with 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) based in the office. Believ is an equal opportunity employer.
