Project Administrator - Permanent - London - Up to 40,000 Per Annum - 5 Days Onsite
We are looking for a Project Administrator to work for our client who is a leading provider of mobile infrastructure-as-a-service, delivering high-quality connectivity solutions across the UK, The Netherlands and Ireland.
The company has over a decade of experience building and maintaining more than 3,300 sustainable communications assets that enhance mobile coverage in indoor venues, stadiums, and urban environments. They invest in high-capacity, multi-operator infrastructure and private networks, serving enterprises, public venues, and commercial real estate.
The Role:
As a Project Administrator, you will play an integral part in supporting a large-scale, prestigious project expected to span approximately three years. You will predominantly focus on internal coordination while collaborating closely with an external PMO team who work directly with suppliers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop into a Project Manager role in the future. You will also work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Sales Director, and be responsible for managing project documentation, recording minutes and actions from meetings, and maintaining project progress tracking.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for project delivery and coordination.
Take minutes and actions during project meetings and distribute documentation promptly.
Liaise with internal teams and external PMO partners to support seamless project delivery.
Track project progress and ensure records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and project schedules.
Maintain high organisational standards across all project materials.
Work alongside the Sales Director and other senior stakeholders to support project objectives.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a project administration or coordination role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Experience with MS Visio or similar diagramming tools.
Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ambition to progress into a Project Manager position.
Experience in the telecommunications or infrastructure sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.
