Role Purpose



Assist the project team with the orderly and timely completion of project execution activities throughout the project lifecycle, including but not limited to, preparing and updating project documentation, organising and attending meetings, resource planning, change control and forecasting.

Support communications between the project team and other technical disciplines, suppliers and customers.

Accountabilities



Maintain project documentation folders, ensuring relevant documentation is present in line with Company processes and policy. Arrange and participate in project meetings as requested, take and distribute minutes when required, record and track actions in project Rolling Action Information Logs (RAILs). Help to ensure timely completion of actions. Set up and maintain project structures within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Assist with the creation and update of project programmes and monitor closely to ensure adherence. Assist with the creation and update of project risk registers and assist with ensuring risks are actively mitigated. Assist with the creation of component schedules and tracking of procurement. Create and maintain project forecasts, and ensure costs are allocated correctly within the ERP system. Keep track of milestones and completion requests to customers, highlight any issues at the earliest opportunity. Assist with variation control and support generation of variation requests to the customer. Assist with communication and coordination of suppliers and sub-contractors, ensuring that good interfaces exist between contracted disciplines throughout project lifecycles. Support the project team with general duties including, risk assessments, method statements, duties under Construction Design Management regulations (CDM) and other adhoc tasks. Liaising with and requesting assistance from the Environmental Health and Safety Officer as required. Keep the Project Director and Parts and Service Team advised at all times and assist with preparing project status reports as required. Support resource planning and allocation activities for live and speculative projects. Assist with the development of the project delivery system and continuous improvement of processes and documentation. Be familiar with the Company policies and goals and work toward ensuring that all members of the project team adhere to set standards.

Desirable:

Relevant experience in a project based role Good decision making and leadership skills Understanding of relevant health and safety practices Prepared to be trained for new skills and gain project delivery experience Previous experience of working within food, drink and allied sectors MS Project

Pay: 25,000.00-27,500.00 per year
