Administration of internal and external project activities.
Overview
You will be an integral part of the LEEC Ltd Projects & Implementation Team, providing essential administration and support throughout the Project lifecycle helping to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, to the highest of standards.
This role allows for career development & progression so would be ideal for a Graduate or someone with a strong administrative background looking to start a career within Project Management.
The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, with good administration and organisational skills. You should be self-motivated with the ability to work alone, whilst ensuring and promoting effective teamwork with colleagues, customers and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Carry out the administration tasks throughout the Project lifecycle such as Risk Assessment and Method Statements, Purchase Requisitions, Project invoicing and O&M documentation.
Collate and issue appropriate documentation from the Sales, Operations, CAD and Finance Teams to make sure the Project can be implemented and completed effectively.
Collate appropriate documentation from Subcontractors to make sure the Project can be implemented and completed effectively.
Communicate all Project revenue activities to Finance so that the revenue forecast can be maintained.
Maintain Work in Progress & Risk Documentation.
Effectively communicate and escalate risks and issues to the Project Managers.
Work closely with the Project Coordinator to ensure Project timelines are fulfilled and all risks, costs & snagging lists are captured
Development and progression of new processes, documentation and ways of working.
Carry out all duties in accordance with best practice and the company's HSE policy.

Monday - Thursday 07:15 - 16:00
Friday 07:30 - 12:00
