We're looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-driven

Project Administrator

to join our expanding team. In this vital role, you'll support the commercial function and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and day-to-day efficiency. Training is provided, and you'll report to a flexible, supportive manager who will set you up for success.

What You'll Be Doing

Updating internal systems and validating works for civils teams Supporting timekeeping and meeting deadlines in target-driven environments Handling payroll, AP, or process-related administration Managing inboxes, data entry, and internal tracking Collaborating with project and commercial teams to manage workflow Ensuring all work is accurate, on time, and compliant

What You'll Bring

Telecoms or utilities background (ideal but not essential) Experience in admin roles with strong process or finance components Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident communicator and a real team player A calm, proactive approach in busy, fast-paced settings
