What You'll Be Doing
Updating internal systems and validating works for civils teams
Supporting timekeeping and meeting deadlines in target-driven environments
Handling payroll, AP, or process-related administration
Managing inboxes, data entry, and internal tracking
Collaborating with project and commercial teams to manage workflow
Ensuring all work is accurate, on time, and compliant
What You'll Bring
Telecoms or utilities background (ideal but not essential)
Experience in admin roles with strong process or finance components
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident communicator and a real team player
A calm, proactive approach in busy, fast-paced settings
