About the role



AGSE Global Services is looking for a highly organized Project Administrator to assist with the mobilisation of projects within the business, including but not limited to opening of new sites. This role will be critical in coordinating all aspects of multiple projects, ensuring all are completed smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities



Assist with the mobilisation of projects, ensuring all aspects are handled effectively, including but not limited to: new site openings, new tenders, contracts, events Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Liaise with all teams involved in project mobilisation, including but not limited to contractors, vendors, and internal departments Ensure successful delivery of each project milestone and assist in solving any challenges that arise throughout the process, reporting any concerns to your line manager Assist with preparation for upcoming projects Provide regular progress updates to your line manager, identifying potential risks and offering solutions where possible Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams to maintain timelines and quality standards Ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently by providing vital administrative assistance and organisational support

Essential Skills



Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams and stakeholders Ability to problem-solve and manage risks Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing projects from start to finish Experience in a fast-paced environment Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, growing company Ability to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a level-headed approach

Desirable:



Knowledge of compliance, Health & Safety and supply chain processes Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and legal teams in previous roles would be advantageous
