We are seeking an organised and proactive
Project Administrator
to support our growing operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming emails and calls from clients regarding project progress and complaints
Update project milestones and details in the company CRM system
Raise and issue purchase orders to suppliers
Track and follow up on outstanding client payments
Provide administrative support to project managers and directors
Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, install) to ensure smooth project flow
Assist with preparing progress reports and general admin tasks
Requirements
1-3 years of admin experience (construction, glazing or interiors mandatory)
Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
Organised with high attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience with CRM or project tracking systems is a bonus
