As a Project Administrator, your role will be pivotal in not only supporting our customers that communicate with our office directly but also our salespersons and other departments within the company. Your Role:



As a key member of our project team, your day-to-day will involve:

Accurately and promptly raising quotations with the use of luminaire schedules and drawings and maintenance of projects demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. Understand and utilise a range of technical specification documents, construction drawings/plans and information available in order to generate quotations. Supporting customers' needs by understanding, presenting and offering product suggestions by keeping yourself up to date on the latest product lines, becoming a go-to person for product knowledge. Ad Hoc administration tasks alongside your day to day customer support. Ensuring that calls, emails and visits from customers are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary. Provide advice and technical expertise to support throughout the project lifecycle - monitoring project progress, proactively identifying any potential issues or risks and contributing to effective problem-solving. Maintain accurate project documentation, including sales exchanges, purchase orders and any other related correspondence. Managing and maintaining customer databases, ensuring information is accurate and always up-to-date. Working closely with the operations team to organise sample requests, contributing to the cohesive team spirit and the overall success of the project. Occasional customer and events-based travel, including trade shows, fully expensed, adding a dash of variety to your role.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that resonate with our commitment to effective collaboration with customers, colleagues and suppliers. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic work environment. Ability to navigate LED Flex's website to advise customers and gain product information. Adept at establishing professional connections quickly, fostering positive relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders. Your attention to detail, especially in data entry, sets you apart. Proactive and flexible, embodying a positive attitude that will contribute to LED Flex's success. Experience in using project-based software, CRM systems and other data/sales entry platforms. Exposure to lighting design and/or working with architectural drawings is advantageous, but a willingness to learn is just as valued.

The Package:



26,000 - 28,000 per annum salary (depending on experience) 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays- additional day of leave for every year you are with us! Company pension scheme. Cycle to work scheme. On site parking.
