We are seeking a highly organised and proactive

Project Administrator

to join our

Dynamics 365 department

. This role will support the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 projects by coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and have a passion for supporting technology-driven projects.




About the Role

Key Responsibilities:


Provide administrative support to the Dynamics 365 project team throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, risk logs, and status reports. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes for project-related sessions. Track project progress and assist in preparing reports for internal and client stakeholders. Support resource allocation and timesheet management. Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure timely communication and issue resolution. Work with the Finance team to manage billing coordination.

Desirable Skills and Experience





? Previous experience in a project administration or coordination role within an IT or technology environment.

? Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRM/ERP systems.

? Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, or DevOps.

? Knowledge of ISO standards.

? Exposure to managed services or consultancy environments.

08:45-17:15

Holiday entitlement:

24 days, rising to 30 days subject to terms after 3 years' continuous service (plus 8 bank holidays)

Sick pay:

Contractual sick pay commences after 6 months
