About the Role



Balfour Beatty's Power Transmission & Distribution team is looking for a

Project Administrator

to join our team supporting the

EGL2 project

in

Hull, Yorkshire

. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major infrastructure project, providing essential administrative and coordination support over a four-year period as we deliver critical work for the UK's energy network.



The current role is based on-site, 5 days a week, at Willerby (HU10 6DN). However, in early 2026 our new office will relocate to Market Weighton (YO43 4NQ)

What you'll be doing



Processing of reports/documentation to support compliance across the project General Admin duties - Minutes of meetings/typing/photocopying/scanning Reception duties - deal with messages and enquiries and greeting visitors on arrival, and the accepting of deliveries Support with visitors inductions Book conference and meeting rooms - internally and externally Any other admin task that may be required by their line manager and required across the project
