The Role - Project Adviser

This is a hands-on role supporting the delivery of high-end staircase projects from design sign-off through to installation. You'll be communicating with architects, clients, fabricators, suppliers, and our internal workshop to keep everything ticking over smoothly.It's ideal for someone early in their career with strong organisational instincts and a genuine interest in design, construction, or making cool things happen.

Key Responsibilities

Design Support
- Help translate client needs into workable project requirements

- Assist with tracking design sign-offs and project documentation

- Maintain records of design changes and preferences

Procurement & Production
- Communicate with suppliers and fabricators on orders and timelines

- Track deliveries, update schedules, and flag delays

- Keep neat and accurate records of purchase orders and costs

Install Support
- Assist with booking install logistics (transport, access, crane if needed)

- Be a friendly and reliable point of contact for site teams and clients

- Note any snagging or follow-up work needed post-install

What We're Looking For

Essential:
- Some prior experience (paid or unpaid) in a project/admin/client-facing role

- Highly organised, proactive, and a natural communicator

- Tech confident - email, spreadsheets, and file sharing

- Eager to learn about architecture, construction, or design delivery

Desirable:
- Able to read or interpret plans (or keen to learn)

- Interest or background in joinery, metalwork, or luxury interiors

- Experience working with suppliers or on-site teams

- Russian/Ukrainian language skills a bonus
