Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Senior Project Architect
to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from concept through to completion. This role involves close coordination with internal teams, consultants, and contractors, ensuring the design intent is realised in alignment with regulations and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural design and delivery across multiple projects.
Oversee and coordinate project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
Manage construction teams and liaise with external consultants and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Building Safety Regulations (BSR) and High-Risk Building (HRB) procedures.
Review and manage project submittals, drawings, and specifications.
Uphold design quality, regulatory standards, and company objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive BIM integration and project efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Registered Architect with ARB/RIBA or equivalent professional certification.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Proven experience in project management and delivering complex residential schemes.
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations, BSR, and HRB procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
