Project Assistant

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of sales and marketing campaigns. Working closely with project managers and client teams to ensure campaign goals are met. Supporting the management of campaign timelines, deliverables, and reporting. Collaborating with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to creative strategies. Taking the lead on smaller projects, with the opportunity to develop into managing full campaigns. Helping to coach and mentor new team members as you progress into leadership.

What We're Looking For

A proactive and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or project coordination is a bonus but not essential - full training and support will be provided.
