We're looking for a reliable and organised Project Assistant to help keep showroom fitout & refit projects on track and teams aligned. You'll support day-to-day operations, coordinate with internal departments and external partners, and ensure key systems like Business Central and Monday.com are up to date. This role is hands-on, varied, and ideal for someone who's comfortable juggling tasks, communicating clearly, and stepping in wherever support is needed.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Systems Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple projects
Maintain and update records using platforms such as
Business Central (BC)
and
Monday.com
Assist with data entry, reporting, and document management
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
Support procurement and invoice tracking processes
Assist with maintaining and updating showroom maps using CAD
Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between internal departments, external contractors, and key stakeholders
Ensure timely and professional communication across all channels
Follow up on action items and ensure deliverables are met
Help manage project timelines and flag potential delays or issues
Build in-depth knowledge of Quorn Stone's full product range, including specifications, applications, and installation techniques
Project Support
Assist in preparing project documentation, proposals, and presentations
Provide practical, hands on support throughout the project, from initial planning stages through to practical on site support and post-project tasks
Skills & Experience
Essential
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with particular attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
Previous experience in a project support or coordination role
Understanding of basic project management principles
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Teams, SharePoint)
Experience using ERP systems like
Business Central (BC)
Travel Requirements
Periodic travel to project sites
Some overnight stays will be necessary depending on project demands
Travel expenses will be covered in accordance with company policy
