An opportunity has arisen with Associated Security for a Project Assistant.

As a UK leading provider of safes and associated security products, Were here to help out customers find the perfect solution to meet their exact security requirements. We supply a large range of home safes, commercial safes vaults and strong rooms. Our clients benefit from our comprehensive research and development expertise, as well as over 75 years' experience in providing security solutions.

We require an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join the team to support our Account Manager. Based in our head office in Manchester City Centre, the role will be varied and will involve dealing with high profile clientele. You will be liaising with our customers, engineers suppliers and subcontractors, acting as a point of contact between all parties and the account managers. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter who can work-well within a fast-paced environment and who will take on the role to its full potential.

You will be part of an existing team and will be responsible for the following :

Producing sales quotations for our customers

Correctly invoicing all sales

Communicating with customers on the status of their orders

Inputting customer orders on the status of their orders

Inputting customer orders into a workflow system

General office duties

Calendar scheduling and diarising events

Reach out to new customer leads using the sales process.

Manage your daily tasks of sales, emails, quotations, documentation, calls ect ensure the timely and successful delivery of our production and solution

Manage requests and queries appropriately.

Answering phone calls and emails

Liaise with customers to organise works taking place.

Raising job requests and allocating stock required

Manage day to day requirements of ongoing projects.

Produce reports adhering to set deadlines.

Continuously improve through feedback

Essential Experience



Proven work experience with a strong admin background

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Outstanding organisational & time management skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Accuracy and attention to detail

Discretion and confidentially

Good geographical knowledge

It literate in a range of software applications

Good maths and number skills

Job Type



Full time, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Office based, No Flexi time or working from home.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
