Project Assistant
and help support the development of affordable housing that changes lives.
What You'll Do
As a Project Assistant, you'll work closely with our project and development managers to keep projects running smoothly. Your day-to-day might include:
Supporting project planning, scheduling, and documentation
Communicating with clients, housing organizations, local authorities, and team members
Helping track project progress and outcomes
Conducting basic research to support proposals
Assisting with preparing reports, summaries, and meeting materials
Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas
You don't need to know everything on day one--we'll teach you. If you're organized, curious, and eager to grow, you'll fit right in.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good attention to detail and follow-through
Comfort using email, spreadsheets, and basic office tools
Interest in housing/housebuilding, planning, or general project management
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
No prior experience in housing is required--we value passion and motivation.
