Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of exciting projects from concept to completion.
The Role:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction delivery, including planning, coordination, site management, budgeting, and client liaison. You will work closely with skilled trades, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver construction projects from pre-construction to handover.
Develop project plans, timelines, and cost controls.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor budgets and project financials.
Ensure all works comply with health & safety, building regulations, and company quality standards.
Lead site meetings, manage client expectations, and provide regular updates.
Resolve site issues and proactively manage risks.
Maintain accurate records including site diaries, progress reports, and RAMS.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
5+ years of experience as a Site or Project Manager in construction.
Solid knowledge of UK construction methods, sequencing, and regulations.
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets.
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
Experience with heritage, listed, or high-end residential projects.
Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and site management software.
