Project/Construction Manager for Kitchen Extensions and Refurbishments



Kitchens by Holloways is a design led company creating beautiful kitchen refurbishments and extensions for residential projects, mainly located in West London.

We are looking for a Construction Manager with high-end residential construction experience to join our team. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:-



- Minimum of 5 years experience (consecutive) of managing residential extension projects in the UK.

- Knowledge of current UK building regulations for residential properties and how to implement them.

- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, colleagues and subcontractors.

- A good grasp of technology, including Microsoft Office software packages, (especially Excel and Outlook), and ideally AutoCAD.

As a Project Construction Manager you will be the key point of contact for clients and professionals involved in the delivery of the project, ensuring that the project is finished on time and budget and to the required quality.

Responsibilities:



- Manage the implementation and timely delivery of projects, from the point of receiving the handover information from the designer, right through to completion. This includes the timeline and finances.

- Organise the necessary materials, equipment and labour for work to progress to time and budget.

- Inspect work and oversee quality control

- Obtain and check necessary site drawings from technical designers, structural engineers, and 3rd parties

- Set up and maintain site health and safety practices in accordance with regulations

- Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.

Requirements:



Essential - At least 5 years of relevant construction management experience in the UK Essential - A valid UK driving license Essential - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) English, familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and a good grasp of technology. Preferred - Educated to degree level.

- Salary:- 50k-90k depending on experience

- Hours:- Monday to Friday 8.00-4.00

- Holiday:- 25 days and bank holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 50,000.00-90,000.00 per year
