A day in the life of a Project Coordinator:
-----------------------------------------------
Support the Head of Projects in delivering architectural outfitting works within the offshore oil & gas sector
Prepare work-pack content including method statements, risk assessments, and certification
Coordinate project teams, logistics, and equipment
Monitor project progress and update plans to meet delivery timelines
Manage financial aspects including budget approvals and invoicing
Participate in progress meetings and maintain accurate documentation
Oversee timesheets, purchase orders, and internal tracking systems
Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and international shipping requirements
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and attend training sessions as required
You'll be set up for success if you have:

Experience in a similar project coordination role
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and AutoCAD
Prince2 Project Management training (desirable)
Valid UK Driving License
Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse workload
A professional, courteous, and team-focused attitude
