Project Coordinator Acquisition

Job Description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of project data, finance inputs, and document management throughout the project lifecycle.

This role ensures all project deliverables are accurately tracked, uploaded, and maintained in internal systems such as SB2 and NAV, as well as client databases.

The main duties are:



Manage and update internal project systems (e.g., SB2 and NAV) with accurate project setup, deliverables, and data. Raise projects and finance inputs on SB2/NAV, ensuring that all financial information is accurately recorded. Upload and manage deliverables, including designs, drawings, and supporting documentation, across both internal and client systems. Monitor and ensure data accuracy throughout the project lifecycle, including Stormbird data and client instructions. Perform ongoing project housekeeping, including reviewing live data, managing on-hold projects, and ensuring timely updates to system notes. Support financial processes by managing POs, client approvals, and revenue accruals within project systems. Assist with site or client acquisition activities, such as: Coordinating due diligence documentation and compliance checks Supporting negotiation and approval processes Tracking acquisition progress and updating stakeholders Liaise with Project Managers, Acquisition Managers, and Administrators to ensure timely and accurate project and acquisition delivery. Maintain organised and up-to-date project and acquisition files and documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Respond to internal and external queries relating to project data, finance, acquisition, and documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications and Experience needed for role:



Essential:



Experience in project administration and document management within a fast-paced delivery environment. Proficient in the use of project management software

Desirable:



Experience in telecoms or construction project environments.

Skills & Knowledge criteria:



Essential:



Strong organizational and data management skills.

Desirable:



Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-29,000.00 per year
