The Role

As a Project Co-Ordinator you will play a crucial part in helping to create our vision for the future and underpin our very ambitious growth plans with efficient project management.

The Responsibilities

Ensuring a smooth customer journey from point of sale through to completion and Aftercare Delivering desired Customer Satisfaction Meet KPI and service levels set by company Company cost reduction Installer recruitment and engagement Survey allocation and returns, including managing accuracy Ensure fitting resource levels match or exceed delivery requirements Ensure fitters and customers are updated throughout the installation Deal with queries from customers and installers Conduct on site assessments of quality and workmanship of the installers Ensure completion and customer satisfaction Receive and make calls to internal and external customers Recruit and retain good quality installers Customer escalation resolution Keep up to date on kitchen marketing and product

What we're looking For

Minimum 12 months experience working in a similar or same same role Excellent communication Autocad Experience Problem solving & decision-making skills Planning and organising Rapport building Complaint Resolution Continuous improvement Personal Productivity Respect, equality and diversity Responsibility and accountability Negotiating Team Player Customer focused
