Role Title: Project Coordinator

Based in Braintree, Lolly is a leading software and technology firm in the hospitality sector producing a wide range of state-of-the-art technology solutions including robot waiters, facial verification, mobile apps, EPoS and payment solutions.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Projects, this is an amazing opportunity to join a thriving business. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our busy Project team. The Project Manager plays a key role in delivering Lolly's technology solutions from planning to go-live. This role supports the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial site survey and scope of works through to installation, client handover, and post-install follow-up.

You'll work closely with the wider Operations, Technical, and Account Management teams to ensure each project runs smoothly, on time, and to Lolly's quality standards. The role combines hands-on site activity with structured project coordination and client-facing communication.

Role Accountabilities



Conduct site surveys and produce clear scope of works documentation in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Plan and coordinate project schedules, resource allocation, and logistics in line with agreed timelines.

Liaise closely with internal teams (Technical, Support, Account Management, Logistics) to ensure seamless delivery.

Attend installation and go-live events to support engineers and ensure successful deployment.

Complete both soft and hard project closures, ensuring full hand back to the Account Manager and post-install documentation.

Maintain accurate project records, progress reports, and updates in line with Lolly's processes.

Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary to keep delivery on track.

Build positive client relationships and maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Support the continuous improvement of Lolly's project delivery processes and templates.

Work proactively with the wider team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience



Required:



Previous experience in a project coordination or project management role (ideally in technology, retail, or hospitality environments Experience working with EPOS, SaaS, or IT deployment projects

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Working knowledge of project management tools

Comfortable working in Agile and/or hybrid project environments

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Desirable:



Experience of EPOS or SaaS-based technology projects.

Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments).

Understanding of technical installations and hardware deployments.
