Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team, working in the Retail sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. This position requires strong organisational skills, good multitasking, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup will be advantageous.

As the projects will be working with luxury brands, experience within high-street or luxury retail projects would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Managing the end to end process of brand fixture installation, within a multibrand environment Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure smooth workflow Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate communication and collaboration Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports and weekly updates Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during the lifecycle of the project. Approve designs, in accordance with guidelines issued. Basic technical knowledge would assist with this Utilise design software, CAD, to assist with internal and external layout queries Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project status and updates. These will be Teams based and across various countries, globally

Requirements

Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role is essential. Proficiency in the design software AutoCAD is required Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: 22,880.00-35,000.00 per year
