Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. This position requires strong organisational skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and proficiency in various project management tools and methodologies.

Accountabilities



oTaking ownership of project scheduling, budget, and organisational details.

Coordinate all project team members, Supply Chain Partners, project management activities, resources, equipment and information so workflow remains on schedule.
oMaintaining and organising project documents and records including the project tracker, in order to provide timely updates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities



oOutlining a business's project objectives clearly.

oTaking part in project meetings and proposing adjustments.

oSetting and adhering to a budget that implements cost-saving measures.

oConsistently monitoring the costs, progress and quality of a project.

oOrganising all project-related paperwork.

oCommunicating with clients to continuously define project objectives.

oNegotiating with contractors and Supply Chain Partners.

oCoordinating all project team members so workflow remains on schedule.

oCoordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.

Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve. Help prepare budgets. Analyse risks and opportunities. Oversee project procurement management. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures. Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement). Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

oA goal-oriented mindset and good organisational skills.

oThe ability to make decisions, take ownership and use your own initiative to resolve problems.

oThe ability to understand and apply feedback on work performance.

oProven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Coordinator.
