Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with plans and schedules.
Manage smaller projects as delegated.
Keep project documentation, drawings, and records up to date.
Purchase equipment, furniture, and supplies.
Check and process supplier invoices.
Ensure subcontractor paperwork is complete before work starts.
Maintain project schedules and forecasts.
Coordinate communication across project teams.
Manage aftercare queries and defects.
Research new suppliers and contractors.
Oversee site setup and equipment returns.
Ensure quality control on deliveries.
Keep health & safety training up to date.
Requirements
Qualification in Business, Project Management, or related field (desirable).
Experience in construction, fit-out, interiors, or refurbishments (preferred).
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Great communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience in purchasing/procurement is a plus.
Able to work well under pressure, both in a team and independently.
Valid UK Drivers License as Travel may be required.
