Brief Description of Role :
As a Project Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with our in-house Design Team and Clients, overseeing all aspects of a project to ensure the seamless execution from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities include navigating through potential challenges, proactively planning for required stock, and utilising reports to facilitate efficient project management.
Your role extends to scheduling tasks with colleagues in the Production and Warehouse departments, establishing effective communication not only with the end client but also with on-site contractors. While you'll actively seek guidance from your peers in the Projects Team and the Design Team, it is imperative that you possess the autonomy and skills to work independently when necessary.
Job Responsibilities :
Create and manage a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
Determine the resources (production required, stock availability etc) required to complete the project.
Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities, revise as required.
Manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
Monitor the progress of the project and adjust where necessary to ensure its successful completion.
Effectively communicate to internal team involved as well as the Client on the status and progress of the project.
Invoice your projects, ensuring all costs, descriptions and values are correct to the Clients purchase order.
Effectively oversee, assess, organise, and maintain up-to-date information using various database applications such as Sage, Outlook, Google Sheets, Prolight Files, and internal Filing systems.
Analyse and interpret reports/spreadsheets and implement actions accordingly.
Liaise with Clients on a daily basis, communicating the progress of the project and offering advice.
Arrange and participate in meetings and other project team activities.

Experience of Sage 200 or equivalent accountancy package.
