The primary objective of the role is to coordinate the end to end delivery of network build activities to ensure individual network build programmes are delivered on time whilst ensuring the compliance of the supply chain with all relevant processes, standards and specifications. The role is essential to the smooth running of our Project Management office (PMO) team and involves liaising with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to make sure all parties have what they need to meet project objectives.

Key responsibilities



In advance of build delivery, assist build managers in the scoping of projects to understand project activities and dates and where applicable act as point of liaison with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Streetworks Coordinator and Wayleave Officer). During network build, working with the associated build teams, ensure all elements of network build are completed to the required timescales and/or that jeopardy management processes are strictly adhered to. Update project trackers to provide a comprehensive update on activity, project status & risks, providing an early warning of planned changes to forecast to the management team. Ensure the supply chain provides sufficient information to allow timely updates of all HBNL and external systems including co-ordination with programme build managers as necessary. Liaising with the head of Build and their teams, escalate to the Head of PMO any persistent poor performance or failure to comply with process by the supply chain in regards to jeopardy management or delivery. Compile and maintain weekly/monthly performance and delivery reports and attend project review meetings as necessary. Validate supply chain Application For Payments applicable to managed build and confirm in line with all requirements, ahead of engagement with HBNL finance team. Liaise with appropriate teams and manage GIS data to ensure that Ready For Service (RFS) / Ready For Installation (RFI) data is managed in line with HBNL processes. Liaise with the build team to ensure that all defects identified during build are tracked and scheduled to ensure timely completion

Experience and Knowledge required



Experience of working within a busy team environment - ideally within telecoms industry or simiilar. Knowledge/Experience in Project Administration or Coordination role. Experience of liaising cross-functionally and with external stakeholders

Highly organised and analytical and able to work to deadlines with great attention to detail Good people management and interpersonal skills. Good organisational, time management and communication skills. PC literate/good knowledge of Excel & Outlook. Committed to achieving positive outcomes and working proactively.
