What is the role?




Primary duties:




Effective communication to the Project Delivery Lead, Service team, and the client / sub-contractors involved in relation to the following: Project activities, organisation of any logistical requirements, key dates and deliverables using the prepared project plan. Managing the delivery of Spare Parts orders from purchasing through to invoicing. Liaising with the Stores team to ensure correct goods-in/goods-out procedures are followed. Ensure requests for resource are directed to the appropriate team, with the relevant information - this includes design resource, Manufacturing Technology Centre build time, SAT & FAT requirements, and any other ad-hoc requirements. Ensuring all training records are up to date for team members conducting works for Gas Detection/Lanxess. Customer focal point for coordination of Gas Detection/Lanxess activities. P&L reporting for Gas Detection/Lanxess and Spare Parts department(s). Scheduling of resource to deliver agreed customer works and contractual obligations (Lanxess). Generating RAMS for site works and ensuring all required materials are available. Preparing quotations for works and invoicing works upon completion.

must have an organised approach to project work, including strict revision control and documentation aptitude.

Qualifications & Experience:



Must be able to demonstrate experience in working in fast pace administrative roles. Knowledge and experience of the Engineering industry is preferable. Ability to complete tasks and manage own workload self-sufficiently. Strong communication skills and positive approach to customer service. Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Work and Microsoft Excel. #

The salary banding for this role

28,000 to 32,000

and based on an applicants Skills, Training and Competence.
