Project Coordinator

Perks & Commitment :

Set sail on global projects, getting up to 30% salary uplift for your time exploring the world! You must be ready and willing to spend around 30% of the year working away in shipyards, with stays ranging from 2 to 6 weeks at a time.

In this role, you'll be at the helm of supporting Project Managers in executing large and complex marine refurbishment projects. From project setup to logistics and everything in between, your presence onboard will be invaluable.

And while speaking Polish or another European language is a bonus, it's your proactive spirit we're after!

Navigate material sourcing, accurately place purchase orders, and ensure delivery tracking like a pro. Partner with international stars for seamless labour and travel bookings. Spearhead onsite logistics to keep our operations shipshape. Steer important administrative tasks throughout project phases.
