Project Co Ordinator

Farnham, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

About Us

We are a high-performance architectural and construction company committed to delivering best-in-class client experience through exceptional project execution. Our environment is energetic, demanding, and built for people who take ownership, work hard, and thrive under pressure.

If you want a predictable, low-intensity 9-5 environment, this is not the opportunity for you. If you want responsibility, pace, and the chance to grow rapidly--this is where you want to be.

The Role

We are seeking a

Project Co-ordinator

to support our Project Management team across the full lifecycle of construction and fit-out projects. You will play a central role in ensuring our projects run smoothly day-to-day--managing documentation, procurement, logistics, and communication.

This is not an admin-only role. You will be deeply involved in the operational heartbeat of the project, helping to make sure the team has the information, materials, and structure needed to deliver results.

Ambitious junior candidates with the right mindset, energy, and desire to grow within a best-in-class organisation will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager(s) with daily project administration and operational tasks. Prepare, maintain, and track health & safety documentation, RAMS, permits, and compliance records. Manage procurement activities, including issuing purchase orders, tracking order progress, and liaising with suppliers. Check and process order confirmations to ensure accuracy against project specifications and budgets. Coordinate delivery scheduling, ensuring materials arrive to site on time and in the correct sequence. Maintain up-to-date project logs, trackers, and documentation for costs, procurement, variations, and progress. Assist in preparing project reports, client updates, and progress documentation. Communicate efficiently between internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and site staff to maintain workflow. Identify risks, delays, or issues early and escalate appropriately. Act as an organisational backbone--keeping information tight, processes controlled, and the team supported.

What You Bring

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and coordination capabilities across diverse stakeholders. A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and reliability. Good working knowledge of procurement processes, logistics management, or construction project administration (training available for junior candidates). High attention to detail--especially around documentation, order checking, and compliance. Adaptability and readiness to solve problems proactively. Ambition, energy, and a desire to grow with a company aiming to set new standards in client experience. A hardworking ethos that aligns with our culture of high performance and accountability.

What We Offer

A role at the operational centre of exciting architectural and construction projects. Exposure to all stages of the project lifecycle, with rapid responsibility for those who demonstrate capability. A team culture built on trust, ownership, and delivering outstanding results. Opportunities for career development into project management or specialised operational roles. A collaborative environment where winning as a team is fundamental.
