Acoustic GRG Products Ltd is a small family business with over 30 years trading in the acoustic industry. We liase, design and manufacture acoustic products as well as supplying and installing a wide range of award winning acoustic products for the UK and the European market.

Job Role:



We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in co-ordinating and supervising teams as well as managing complex projects across the acoustic, architectural, construction or interiors industries.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple projects execution from inception to completion, ensuring objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, tracking progress, and facilitating seamless communication amongst all the people involved in multiple projects using a variety of project management tools and systems.

An interest in the architectural/construction/acoustic/music industry would be an advantage

Duties



Assist in procuring projects Expected to be able to read and be familiar with architectural and technical drawings Responsible for any queries related to project drawings and ensuring correct information To see multiple projects from start to finish Multi tasking - Liaising with team members, our workshop, installers and clients on site to ensure the smooth running of multiple projects at any one time Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and client requirements Gather and document project requirements through effective client engagement Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to maintain cost control and schedule adherence Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions promptly Manage project documentation, ensure teams have up to date drawings and collate information Utilise project management software Lead team meetings, facilitate communication across departments, and manage team management tasks Oversee the utilisation of ERP system for data management and reporting Apply project management methodologies where possible Support product development initiatives and content management systems as required Visiting clients either on own or with team members to ensure smooth running of project and meeting deadlines Site visits as necessary, so experience, is a must Full UK Driving license to visit clients and installers on site

Experience



Proven supervising experience in a project environment with demonstrated team management capabilities Strong background in requirements gathering, data analysis skills, and root cause analysis techniques Extensive knowledge of project management software Familiarity with ERP systems Setup and manage Project Management Software or Systems Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences Prior experience in product management or product development is advantageous Experience in either the architectural, construction or acoustic industry is a must for this role
