They each have specialist skills and are organised around the main technology functions; core systems, VOD and AI/Low Code. Despite working relatively autonomously with separate skillsets, the Team come together and often have overlapping projects that require coordination and structured approach to delivery. The Project Co-ordinator role will assist everyone in the Team with this; ensuring that Product Specialists and Owners have their central tracking and documentation up to date, providing summaries for the Product Owner Leads for day to day oversight, and also in formats that support the Ad Tech Leader to have a holistic view on the Team's delivery.
