What You'll Be Doing



As Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with internal teams and external clients to keep delivery on track across our multi-utilities projects. You'll be the go-to person for coordination, planning, and communication, ensuring all moving parts work in harmony.

This role is key to making sure progress happens smoothly, safely, and with clear expectations across the board.

Your Core Responsibilities



Project coordination:



Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and documentation from mobilisation to handover Track key deliverables and proactively flag risks or delays Ensure seamless internal handovers between teams (design, pre-construction, delivery)

Client & stakeholder liaison:



Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients and project partners Schedule and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions Ensure client updates are timely, accurate, and professional

Reporting & governance:



Maintain accurate project records including programmes, trackers, and issue logs Assist with progress reporting and contribute to audit readiness Support documentation control and compliance with sector frameworks

Team collaboration:



Work with project managers, engineers, and delivery teams to keep everyone aligned Help coordinate resourcing, materials, and access requirements Work a team environment where communication is clear and problems are solved early

Experience & Skills



Experience coordinating projects in utilities, infrastructure, or construction Skilled at juggling multiple priorities and staying organised under pressure Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confident using project tools (across MS365) Calm, proactive, and comfortable managing competing demands

Bonus if you have:



Familiarity with frameworks or regulated utilities Experience working with developers, principal contractors, or ICPs Understanding of H&S, CDM, and project compliance frameworks
