About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator (Intern) to support the smooth delivery of the AiTechTouch pilot. You'll work closely with the Founder/Project Lead, Workshop Lead, and Community & Partnerships Support to ensure everything runs on time from scheduling workshops to capturing feedback and coordinating logistics.
What You'll Do
Support the Founder and Project Manager with scheduling, communication, and admin tasks.
Help prepare workshop materials, consent forms, and logistics checklists.
Liaise with schools, libraries, and partners to confirm event details and support on-site delivery.
Track attendance, maintain records, and support reporting for Innovate UK deliverables.
Coordinate with the operations team on transport and setup during workshops.
Learn about STEM education, project management, and ethical EdTech delivery in a real-world setting.
About You
Organised and reliable with good attention to detail.
Great communicator who enjoys working with different teams and partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Confident meeting and liaising with schools or community partners.
Interested in education, STEM, or social innovation.
Based in or near Leeds for occasional on-site support.
Experience in event coordination, education, community, or STEM projects.
Aware of safeguarding, GDPR, and inclusion principles.
Ideally based in or near Leeds for local engagement.
