Project Coordinator
.
This is a great role for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for seeing projects through from start to finish. The position will be primarily office-based, with some occasional travel to client sites or project locations as required.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Supporting Project Managers in the successful delivery of projects across a range of clients and sectors
Coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and external contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status reports to ensure everything is on track
Managing timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensuring any issues are escalated promptly
Communicating directly with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates and support
Assisting with procurement, logistics, and preparation of project handover documentation
Supporting continuous improvement across the team by identifying process gaps or efficiencies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication, including experience in client-facing or stakeholder roles
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience working with project tracking tools is ideal
A full UK driver's licence is preferred
Experience in the AV, IT, telecoms or infrastructure sectors is preferrable but not essential
Previous project coordination or administrative support experience is a strong advantage
