We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team for the Digital Change initiatives within a large construction company, operating across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed efficiently
Utilise data analysis skills to monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement
Supervise project team members and provide guidance as needed
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
Implement cost control measures to keep projects within budget
Requirements
Proficiency in Workday, Visio, Confluence, and other project management tools
Experience in product management and content management systems
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders
Previous experience in supervising project teams is advantageous
Any project or change certification (e.g. SteepleChange, Prosci, PRINCE 2) is a strong bonus
