POSITION SUMMARY

A project co-ordinator position where previous experience of multiple line project co-ordination is beneficial. Based working from our Angel house office, the successful candidate will work along side the Sainsbury's Project Management team 1-2 times each week.





This full time and demanding role requires an individual with high level proven presentation and communication skills, who can illustrate their experience in cradle to grave project co-ordination, with an ability to work in the FMCG sector. Preferably you are already from either the retail / FMCG markets or print / packaging industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Range Management




Support on-site Account Director and project management team, providing administration of project and sku set up.

Be able to manage client artwork management tool with adding and maintaining project and sku detail

Working with the project managers to create and manage critical paths according to the clients launch schedule

Ensure that cutters, design files and pack copy are sent in a timely fashion, using all software tools available to you.

Pre-Book artwork records using the clients own system.

Brief amends once input received from the client and delegate back to the internal studio

Process approvals once received and delegate back to internal studio

Prepare consistency meeting documents for project management team




Information Management




Work to Project Management through provided priority task list managing expectations on completion of tasks assigned




Communication




Help to prepare project management team for any meetings that they need reports available for client meetings including the design forums and category meetings.

Chase via email for all information required to start a project to ensure there are no delays.

Always maintain a professional, friendly and helpful attitude.




Team Relationships




Be a positive, supportive and calming influence in the team and maintain a professional attitude.

Be able to closely support the Project Managers and internal teams.

Build a strong relationship with the extended teams in the Witham studio.

Buddy team members for holiday and sickness.

Strong organisational skills along with ability to multi task.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Good attention to detail.

Flexible and hardworking.

A team player, with an efficient and proactive approach.

Smart appearance and professional attitude.

Approachable and trustworthy.

PC literate - Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat.

Experience of industry web based briefing and approval systems.

Knowledge of print or repro.

Knowledge of design, retail, brand and packaging.
