Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organised

Project Coordinator

with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. In this key role, you'll help keep our projects running smoothly by managing Azure DevOps boards, coordinating meetings, ensuring milestones are met, and supporting project setup and close-down--all while contributing to high standards across delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Manage and maintain Azure DevOps boards, ensuring team keep tasks updated to reflect current project status Schedule and facilitate meetings, including stand-ups and client calls Track and follow up on action items and deliverables to ensure timelines are met Assist in preparation of weekly project update reports for Heads / Partners (used for billing information and understanding of project status) Support project setup by completing (or ensuring team complete) checklists and ensure standing metadata is correct Coordinate project closedown processes Coordinate client communications, including sending meeting updates and confirming meeting agendas Organise RAID logs (where applicable) with input from delivery teams Maintain RACI (where applicable) with guidance from senior team members Monitor internal processes, escalating gaps or issues to senior team members Ensure presentations and reports meet ADSP's standards and include correct metadata Act as first point of contact for administrative queries on projects Support ad-hoc tasks related to team or project needs

REQUIRED SKILLS:



Experience of providing administrative assistance, including acting as the first point of contact for queries Proficiency in MS Office Suite incl. Microsoft Teams High attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and schedules efficiently Ability to meet strict deadlines Ability to work collaboratively within a team Ability to maintain an organised overview of complex projects Ability to effectively and timely communicate with external stakeholders Knowledge of key project management artifacts (RAID logs, RACI matrices, project checklists) Understanding of billing cycles and related reporting processes Understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban Familiarity with Azure DevOps (boards, workflows, and reporting)

INTERVIEW PROCESS:



Stage 1: 20 min video call with the Hiring Manager

Stage 2: 90 min F2F interview in our London office
