We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Main Tasks of Job:
1. Coordinate subcontractors, and suppliers' attendance and H&S documentation.
2. Review meeting notes and undertake contractor RFI process, and additional works requests.
3. Produce documentation in relation to programme of works.
4. Assist Project Manager with obtaining quotations and cost plans in relation to new works and tenders.
5. Assist Project Manager with project budget and expenses, including tracking costs.
6. Review weekly spends on internal costs for Project Manager and produce report (labour, materials, welfare, waste, hire equipment etc).
7. Prepare and present project status reports to management.
8. Development of CDM and O&M documentation. Collate and produce O&M detail as the project progresses and provide final draft for submission.
9. Managing procurement, raising purchase orders for project works.
11. Ensuring H&S documentation has been submitted to the site delivery team and filing in project SharePoint/Fonn project software.
12. Ensure central databases (SharePoint/Fonn) are updated with relevant information, quotes, health & safety documentation etc.
13. Assisting with general administration tasks.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
Qualifications and Knowledge:
Excellent MS Office & I.T skills
Educated to Grades 5-9 (A-C) in Maths & English Previous experience working in the Construction industry - minimum 2 years
Excellent communication skills
Fundamental understanding of project logistics and delivery
Good understanding of Health and Safety
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong time management and organisational skills
Attention to detail
