About the Role




We are a growing UK manufacturing business looking to recruit a highly organised and motivated

Project Co-Ordinator

to support the planning, delivery and tracking of multiple client manufacturing projects. This is a key role, requiring strong communication, excellent organisation and a determined mindset to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities



Co-ordinate assigned projects from receipt of an order through to production and delivery Plan, monitor and update project schedules, actions and milestones Communicate clearly with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders Track progress, identify risks and adapt plans as priorities change Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Support continuous improvement across processes and ways of working

About You




You will be:

highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and projects at once Communicate confidently and professionally at all levels Determined, proactive and driven to succeed Able to prioritise your own workload effectively with minimal supervision Able to take ownership of your role and genuinely want to make a positive impact

Experience and Skills



Previous experience in a project co-ordination or similar role is

essential

Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is

essential

Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
