NEWSolutions CIC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Project Co-ordinator to lead the delivery of a trauma-informed, neuro-inclusive support programme for families across Angus. This role involves coordinating group-based wellbeing sessions and one-to-one follow-up consultations, working closely with therapeutic staff, families, and partner organisations.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage programme delivery across multiple settings
Coordinate referrals, scheduling, and participant engagement
Liaise with families, schools, and community partners
Ensure trauma-informed, inclusive practice throughout
Monitor outcomes and contribute to evaluation and reporting
Support workforce coordination and resource development
Promote the programme through appropriate channels
Qualifications
Essential:
Experience in project coordination or service delivery
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail
Understanding of trauma-informed and neurodiversity-aware approaches
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
Commitment to inclusive, family-centred support
Strong IT Proficiency
Desirable:
Experience supporting neurodiverse individuals or families
Familiarity with local support systems and referral pathways
Knowledge of holistic or strengths-based family support models
Background in mental health, education, or social care
