This is an expanding and dynamic sector, which changes as new technologies are developed.
Due to a period of extended growth, we are currently recruiting for a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team, working on a flexible bases between various locations, customer, home and offices.
Your main responsibility in this role is to provide Project Coordinator to the Project Manager by managing projects administration, project logistics, resources and documentation. You will be responsible for assisting the customer in meeting agreed project objectives, service delivery standards and timelines, stakeholder expectations and client needs.
Every day will be a little different, but here are the things that will keep you busy from day to day:
Undertake a range of administrative responsibilities to assist with the smooth delivery of projects within agreed timeframes & to acceptable quality standards
Act as the initial contact point both internally & externally for queries
Maintain all project documentation as agreed with the relevant project
Manage customer orders throughout the supply chain, and maintain regular updates
Ensure invoicing is carried out promptly and accurately on project completion or when requested by the account manager
Contact clients to arrange site visits
Support Sales teams with existing or new customer visits
Work with our service lead to integrate any new customer into existing processes
Produce reports as per project needs
Manage the movement of stock between our logistics partners
Make suggestions for continuous improvements to existing workflows/practices
Ideally the successful candidate will have had experience gained from a project office type role. Here are some other things that will help make you a strong candidate:
Educated to a minimum of level 4 or international equivalent
Work experience within a similar role and/or similar office environment
Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
Flexible & professional approach to work and be a team player
Self-motivated, confident and thorough with good attention to detail
Strong time management, planning & organisation skills with the ability to handle busy workloads & competing priorities
Fast learner with the ability to acquire & apply knowledge
Full driving licence is essential.
Nice to have, but not essential:
Retail background working at a central capacity and practiced in managing stakeholders at all levels within the Retail environment
Experience and knowledge in data analytical tools for example PowerBI or similar tools
