Passive Fire Protection (PFP)
or wider construction environment, with strong communication and coordination skills. You will play a key role in supporting the project team, ensuring smooth delivery of works across multiple active sites.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, scheduling and coordination of fire protection projects
Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers
Manage project documentation, RAMS, and compliance records
Track project progress and report on deadlines, issues, and milestones
Organise site access, permits, deliveries, and resourcing
Support quality assurance processes including Onetrace/Bolster/Nexus updates (desirable)
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation to support project handover
Provide administrative and logistical support to Project Managers
Requirements
Previous experience in a
Passive Fire Protection
, construction, or similar technical environment (preferred)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Competent using Microsoft Office and project tracking software
Knowledge of firestopping processes and terminology beneficial, but not essential
Ability to work well within a team and build strong working relationships
