We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator
to join our growing team at our Putney office in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a Construction Management graduate to play a key role in supporting and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. You will be integral to project delivery, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and clear communication across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in planning and scheduling construction activities.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including risk logs, procurement schedules, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and update Gantt charts or project trackers accordingly.
Support the preparation of tender documents, project reports, and handover packs.
Manage document control and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Attend site meetings, record actions, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Support budgeting, cost tracking, and invoice verification processes.
Liaise with health and safety teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Help organise logistics, deliveries, and site setups as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Construction Management
or a related field (essential).
1-2 years' experience in a construction, building services, or civil engineering environment (preferred but not mandatory).
Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and project lifecycle.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Project; knowledge of Asta Powerproject or Primavera is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
