Project Co-ordinator - Part-time



Salary 17.00 for 20 Hours week

Currently, we have vacancy for a Project Co-ordinator role to facilitate our client projects, planning/scheduling of Client Site visits and writing of Technical documentation for our Digital Transformation and Automation Systems looking to start immediately: -

The position is an office based, part-time with flexible hours and involves working alongside our team of highly experienced software and electrical engineers. We are looking for a hardworking and committed individual who can manage an evolving workload, work well within our team, and be proactive

What you'll be doing:



Assist the Managing Director and Technical Director in daily administrative duties

Coordinate daily project activities, ensuring smooth execution and communication Track project progress and report updates to relevant stakeholders Plan and schedule maintenance visits. Inform and liaise with clients regarding work start dates and daily progress Raise permits/RAMS Maintain accurate project documentation and records Schedule and organize project meetings and support meeting minutes and follow-ups Provide Administrative assistance to the Project Teams
Obtain technical information from our software and electrical engineers and other sources to produce site visit and maintenance reports for our clients

Compiling well-presented, grammatically correct, and concise documentation, in accordance with the company and clients' standards and agreed project schedules.

Generate Technical Reports, O & Manuals, Project Proposals, Technical Submissions, Commissioning documentation and photos, annotated, as necessary.

Collaborate with engineers and managers to clarify any technical queries.

Organise the approval, issuing, filing and (when required) printing of documentation.

Responsible for the development of a complete suite of documentation for a project either alone or collaboratively

Maintain robust documentation systems, including version control, editing and accuracy, keeping up to date with the latest technology and products.

Your skills and experiences:



Ideally you should have.



Previous experience of providing support within a technical team, ideally a manufacturing or electrical engineering environment is desirable but not essential
Excellent written skills in English

Excellent document layout skills

Document management skills

Fully capable of all Microsoft Office Packages. Proficient in the creation of clear complex documentation to support an engineering readership. Competent in the creation and editing of drawings, layout of documents and the creation of text to a professional standard. Excellent technical comprehension, including the ability to understand the detailed function and performance.
Any understanding of technical systems including Web, Hardware, IoT Devices
