About the Role





EC have an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Projects Team, supporting our Producers in the efficient and effective delivery of projects end-to-end. Our Project Coordinators are the glue that holds everything together, working alongside the wider Projects team on a range of projects across sectors and sizes.

Who are you?




You have a strong office and administration skills. You are a team player with a flexible, enthusiastic approach. You're a strong communicator, both in person and in written content. You don't get phased under pressure; you're the consummate professional. Even when something isn't going quite accordingly to plan, you remain calm and get the situation sorted. Nothing is too much trouble for you, and you are willing to go above and beyond to support our busy team. You're a collaborative worker, you naturally gravitate to other discipline specialists, lighting designers, scenic designers and content creators and acting as the linchpin pulling all required design elements together efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate should have equivalent relevant industry experience. Experience within events, interior, architectural or creative/arts project management an advantage. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work quickly but accurately. Experience of working with Vectorworks, Sketchup and Adobe CC. Good understanding of all Microsoft packages and Google workspace Ability to multitask and work to deadlines. Willingness to work outside of normal office hours on occasion, as is commonplace within our industry.

Day-to-day responsibilities





Supporting the Projects team with:


Creating and managing critical paths and project timelines with key milestones and ensuring that correct times and dates are put into our internal systems.. Creating and managing project packs and client presentation decks as well as graphics, content and furniture trackers. Supporting the Producers on the production of presentations, pitch documents and moodboards. Sourcing and management of creative elements such as graphics, digital content, furniture, props, and styling. Sourcing and management of venues, catering and speakers/entertainment. Draw floor plans in line with Health and Safety guidelines, working closely with Production Management, Creative, Technical and Scenic teams to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to gain quotes to feed into the overall project quote, inputting accurate costs into budgets and purchase ordering all project-related expenses. Taking & fielding calls relating to projects, as well as taking part in key project meetings and taking/circulating meeting notes. Acting as the linchpin between internal departments, driving collaboration at all stages of the event life cycle and ensure all elements are on track for a smooth event delivery. Working alongside Account Management, Production, Creative and Content teams on relevant projects. On site support and delivery as part of a team.
