Job Description

We are looking for an organised, proactive and passionate Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team. You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of customer content projects, working closely with Senior Project Managers and cross-functional teams. We're passionate about brilliant communication, collaboration, and delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.



About the role

You will:

Support Senior Project Managers in the day-to-day delivery of projects and resource coordination within delivery squads. Take ownership of smaller projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Coordinate with creative, technical, and client teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deadlines. Monitor task progress, flag delays or blockers, and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including briefs, timelines, approvals, and evaluations. Prepare and share regular project updates, status reports, and meeting notes

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in project coordination or project management (ideally 1-2 years in a digital agency or similar environment). Organised, proactive, and detail oriented. Skilled in using project management platforms (Asana would be a strong bonus!) A strong communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable working in a busy, growing business where change is everyday. Passionate about process and continuous improvement.
